About me,

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on various therapeutic techniques in order to meet the person in front of me wherever they may be. The core modality of my practice is psychodynamic, underpinning my work and helping to support me in creating a relationship where underlying unconscious issues that may prevent you from thoroughly enjoying your life can be explored and brought into your awareness.

I work with clients both in the long term and the short term. I class long-term contracts as 6+ months while considering short-term contracts to be any number of sessions that takes place over a period that is less than 6 months. In your initial consultation, one of our discussion points will be how long you would like to be in therapy for.

I am experienced in working with adults and young people as a psychotherapist. And have also spent many years working within the charity sector to provide support to young people and vulnerable adults.

Providing Support Through Psychotherapy.

Modern life is filled with various trials and tribulations, psychotherapy is a tool to help you navigate many challenges and uncertainty in order to live your best possible life.

My goal as your psychotherapist is to help you understand yourself better. I do this by shedding light on things that may be out of your awareness, supporting you in unravelling and making sense of any difficulties and working with you to discover your path to wellness.

  • Therapy provides you with a confidential witness on your journey of self-discovery.

As we are relational beings, therapy provides us with an opportunity to have a deeper relationship with someone. A relationship that can help replicate deeper ones elsewhere in your life.
